Das Telefoninterview war nur 30 Minuten und sehr nett. Es wurde auf Qualifikationen und Hintergrund und Motivation eingegangen. Das Videointerview war noch kürzer und es mussten nur 5 Fragen beantwortet werden bezüglich Motivation und Situationen in der Vergangenheit. Das Assessment Center hat eine Selbstpräsentation und zwei Case Studies (jeweils individuell ausgeführt) beinhaltet. Alles in Allem verlief alles organisiert, fair und gut.
