Create a business plan within two hours whilst 'interacting' with the clients. (1) Create a new service or product, (2) name, (3) logo, (4) slogan, (5) location, (6) reasons for why with points awarded for creativity, (7) staffing including pay and training - outsourcing or internal?, (8) focus on SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats), (9) with a £250,000 investment where would you apply it? - talk overheads, would you rent or buy the location/equipment, development and expansion plans, (10) and what three-line pitch would you give to the bank manager?
