Initial stage consisted of general questions about one's employment history and experience. The second stage was more detailed, asking about experiences relevant to the job in more detail. There was also a question about personal circumstances - whether my family would move with me to London if offered a job - which I found inappropriate. Eventually, I didn't receive an offer which is fine but I wish someone at least wrote me an e-mail to inform me about the results of the recruitment. Unfortunately, I haven't received any information even after I wrote to them directly to ask about the results. Seems to me that they ignore the candidates that are no longer useful once they have already decided on who to employ and don't even bother to inform those who were not successful in the process
