They asked general questions like, what interests you about the specific work that they were doing at the NRC. They also had a take home technical interview, but the questions weren't leet code, just general knowledge, and "what is the output" style questions for the specific programming language they were using. As well as questions asking if I understood the syntax, and best practices of the given language given an example.

In the HR round I was asked to tell something about myself. After that I was questioned about why my Higher Secondary marks is so poor compared to other candidates. Answered both the questions and the interviewer asked me to wait for Technical round. In the technical round I was asked 17 easy questions related to OOP concept and DBMS. Answered 15 questions correctly. But I didnt have any answer to one question and I forgot the answer to another question.

It's a really two way exchange so they really tell about the company and are open to any kind of question. - Technical : java snippet to complete. 1H long homework, really basic in the problem (just implement a computation ) but good code quality and specialized code is expected. Environment of the snippet is multi-thread.

All of the technical interviews were digging deep and I received a fair grilling. With that in mind, there were no unreasonable questions, so it was all justified. Thankfully, a heavy focus on SWE-type questions, rather than algorithmic or language-specific. The usual stuff of "How would you design X system?", or "How can you improve this code?". A lot of describing old projects as well.
