You have no experience in this industry and why did you apply? I guess the question should be posed back to the HR dept as why did they qualify me for interview and how did I made it through to 3rd round
The one that made me most uncomfortable was the role playing. The hiring manager took me out onto the floor, and I had to act as if I was an employee there and they the customer. It was awkward as I have had no retail experience before and did not really know what to do.
