During the initial interview the most unexpected question would be where do you see yourself within the company In the future. That was unexpected because I am applying for a certain position and they had asked me something that I could not foresee yet.

I was asked how I would handle employees who tend to not do the work they're expected to do.
The questions were your basic retail questions. Nothing too difficult or out of the ordinary.
All questions were expected and basic. They went off of a printed sheet. They consisted of "Why do you want to work here?, What is your biggest strength/weakness?, Name a time when you dealt with a difficult customer and how you handled the situation."
