The manager asked me what my philosophy was about selling. This opened up a discussion about approach, creativity, what it takes to be effective at selling. Never had someone ask me that, but it did initiate a great conversation about skills, talent, mindset when it comes to selling. I actually received good takeaway from that segment of the interview.

What is the accomplishment you are most proud of? Why is diversity in the workplace important?
