How would you handle the different learning styles in the classroom.
The questions were not very difficult, some of them I felt I couldn't answer because I didn't have experience with it. I think the question was about what I had done when a child told me something inappropriate. I simply told her that I had never been in that situation but I would certainly speak to the director if I felt a situation was out of my control or my capability to handle.
Can you handle large classes?
They ask about strengths and weaknesses, any instruments you can play that you can teach the kids, what you enjoy teaching. Also, make sure you have at least 2-3 references they can call or email.
