Group interview was based on just introducing yourself and what you did last. Following this was a group assessment with a kitchen design problem to solve - with the detail of your thought process in mind. Lastly, was a bunch of questions (one to one) based on past work, and skills related to the job.
1. Phone interview (30min) - Mainly questions about previous sales/design experience 2. HR - 1st interview (1h) - Very friendly conversation about motivation, hobbies, experience 3. Store manager - 2nd interview (1h) - Focus on sales, targets to be done and company strategy
