The topics were aligned with two projects this job was about. These presentations should be prepared in such a way that the Unit Head could present them to the Executive Director to receive funding for the unit to implement these two projects/topics. SECOND INTERVIEW (PANEL INTERVIEW): What are your pet peeves? How have you supported a supervisor in their work? Would you be fine if the head of unit is the external face for the work of the team? How do you design a learning loop? Have you ever designed a taxonomy? (And more questions which I forgot)
