Jorge and Leslie will probably not ask you anything out of the ordinary as far as interviews are concerned. Although I was not expecting the "How far away do you live?" question from Jorge. David, on the other hand, asked me a lot of difficult and unexpected questions, such as what the make and models were of the instruments I worked with at my last lab tech job, how the instruments worked, etc. He got a lot more technical with things, which I'm sure wouldn't be a problem if I had 10 or so years of experience.
