Phone interview questions were HR based behavior questions. The In-person interview was bit more extensive. They check the applicants understanding of the basics of powder coating. They are also looking for hard working people so be as enthusiastic as possible

They ask about your resume and experiences. They want to know that you are qualified to work in a lab setting. They also threw in a random question "what are the specs on your lap top?" in addition to asking what you know how to do and what experiences have qualified you to work in a lab. It was a very basic and simple interview.
