Q1: if you were stuck in an elevator, how would you sell yourself to the person standing next to you, who you realize is a CSEA senior manager. Q2: Can you work weekends? ( really should have been, can you work EVERY WEEKEND) Q3: Why should we hire you? Q4: Have you done phone banking? (Should have been, are you okay with doing 40 hours of phone banking a month for two months on top of your regular workload?) Q5: Tell me about yourself. (Really want to know about your personal life. I was later told doing volunteer work for an outside organization duri g the weekend was highly discouraged because it sends out the wrong message to CSEA union members.)
