I was asked if I was certified and about my past experiences.
Phone screen was common questions nothing you can't google.
They didn't really ask questions about the job as I already had the experience. The meeting with the lab manager she just read off my resume and said "wow this is exactly what the job description is!"

I honestly don't remember being asked any questions. They informed me about what they do there, they didn't really explain the position and never took me on a tour of the laboratory.
