For the phone interview, it was very short (about 20 minutes) and the interviewer asked some basic questions such as "tell us about yourself", "what are the important skills for this specific role", "is there any question about the role?" and such... For the assignment, there were few pages and had 5 sections asking different translation tasks - all the texts in the assignment were related to their business (advertisement of trips, texts for their website, and texts for their newsletter).
