Beyond the "tell us about yourself and why you are interested in this role," they focused on my transferrable skills mostly because I didn't have specific experience in the field. They wanted to know how heavy of a caseload I was used to handling, how my interpersonal skills were, and where my experience lended me preparation for the role.
Asked me about my experience, my education, etc.
Their first question was for me to tell them something about myself that was not on my resume. It was just very unexpected.
Meeting with the polygraph technician: have you ever had sex with animals? Have you ever committed an illegal sex act? Have you ever been fired from a job (and this includes your very first job when you were 15, so remember that the questions are "have you EVER").
