What am i looking for?
They asked me if I was willing to learn new things.
1) Introduce yourself 2) How many years of experience do you have in real estate? 3) Have you handles 'so and so' duties before? 4) Can you handle all the duties for an accountant? No one specialized in Accounts/Finance took my interview. They were all senior management without any finance experience and so did not have any technical questions at all.
I was about the over all financial aspects, and working flexibility and I had to take up 3 hours of exam writing an accounting paper.
