A lot of the questions revolved around my experience over the years, and how certain project elements were handled. I was also given the opportunity to talk technically, which I appreciated as this is where I'm most comfortable. I was also able to talk more broadly about my experience across the different types of projects I've been a part of. There was also mention of parallel industry experiences shared between us that tend to typically crop up over time. This created almost a sense of comradery in the conversation, which was greatly encouraging.
