They just want to know what you know about their brand, nothing too difficult. I think the hardest part might be the makeup interview. They throw you a random scenario and you have a time limit to do the makeup accordingly. My region is very real, none of that superficial MAC stereotype. I made sure I made a mistake on purpose and then showed my customer (model) how to correct the mistake at home without ruining the rest of the makeup, because mistakes happen!

What are your goals?
I was queried about my background in dealing with analytics specific to game communities - if I had created artwork that had been tracked using analytics to see what the impact was, and if I was aware of common trends and how to address them using analytics data.
Really it is best to bring a nice looking model with decent skin so the makeup will look nice. Before you get to this stage, you must fill out an application with your resume attached. If you have a portfolio send attachments (website link, Instagram or Facebook link, etc.). It is also great if you have made business cards as well as comp cards of your work.
