When was a time you went above and beyond for a customer? What was a time you promised a customer and didn't go through with it. What happened? When did you solve a customer's problem? Describe a time you've dealt with a difficult customer? What did you do? What was the outcome? How do you use your head, hands, and heart in a job? Describe a time you used your heart, passion, to do your job.
The most unexpected question was "What makes you think you're good enough to work here?"
