In F2F round: Very elementary level questions. For Lead positions, they are asking really simple and basic questions. Will not advice good candidate to waste the time with this kind of peoples. Really nothing more has to share about this company. If CTO, CEO are seeing this review. Do pulse check of your company. Hire some good developers with proven records else very soon funding will be over.
