I am having 8 years of exp. and working as a lead. Firstly , before going for an interview i was unable to find any reviews any where about this co., now this co. Is known as sd2labs , also called sd2 squared labs . I guess they are not able to decide the name yet. Finally in went through a consultant and as soon as i entered the office i was shocked the co. Areas was smaller than my house.a very small co. And then an hr came and asked me to do a machine test . There were 2 tests one was qa test (optional) and other was personality test. After the test i was asked to wait in a small room were one person came he was looking like a 2 years exp person not more then that and he was a dev. I am sure. He came and sat and didnot asked to explain my self. Then he just asked do u know automation? I said yes (now he was not aware so he could not ask question) then he asked u know api testing so finally i asked him to please let me give my technical overview. I guess he got pissed of as he said No need and he gave me a really frustrating question that there are 2 string will take 60sec to burn and you have to count 45 sec.i was really annoyed i applied for a lead role what question is this then he just asked me about my current project and thats it... Please you need to respect a person applying for a lead and dont treat like a fresher and make him solve you mathematical questions.
