Round 1 : Questions from SQL, and Manual Testing concept and Techniques. Round 2: Questions based on my experience in handling Teams and Team Conflicts. More of scenarios based questions and what will be my approach to it. Then there were questions on different reports i am responsible for to share with the stakeholders. Round 3: Interview questions were Scenario based on Team management, team's Performance handling and S/W release management.
