Luckily I had answers to the two that might have been most challenging. The first was how I would generate a network to support our San Francisco office given that I've always lived on the East Coast. Luckily I had ample positions in San Francisco over the years and was able to answer that I do have an existing network. The other possible tough one was how I would deal with a start-up business environment. While I hadn't been in a startup per se I was with a private company that had gone through its IPO during my time there, a lot of which is transferrable to a start up environment with an IPO possibly in its future.
