I honestly don't remember - there were so many questions. I didn't find them difficult, since I have many years of experience in the field, but I do remember that they were very situation-specific.
the gist of the questions follow the guidelines given by some researcher re: what makes a good teacher in an urban, low income district. I looked that up on the web and was prepared to answer questions that indicated whether I would respect the students, have high expectations of them and have some background in urban settings.
"I will give you a scenario. You tell us how you would handle it." The interviewers want you to answer a question about a student/students in a vacuum! Just ridiculous.
