The most difficult question was "How do you like to be managed!" I stumbled over this question because you never really know what type of managers you are up ahead. Could have been an easy going manager, and it could have been a micromanager, so you have to be careful with that question. Of course I answered it cautiously mentioning that I am able to conform with whatever my manager sets before me. It solely depends on how the manager likes to manage people. From there, I will comply.

How much experience I had with handling Money?
Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer?
Name a time where you faced a challenge and how you overcame it?
Where would you like to travel?
What would you do if a customer is upset about something?
The questions were a lot about customer service, and how committed I would be to help my customers. I was already in a profession that demands a high level of ethics and loyalty to customers. So I felt more than reasonably confident I could handle this.
