What was the one decision I made that turned out badly?
I was asked if I had and hands on budgeting experience, which I did not. I had accountability for a department but not necessarily the line item of the budget. They asked basic questions, why are you interested in working for us, what do you know about the company or CEO, where do you see yourself in five years, what is your previous work history, etc. They also wanted to know how you would handle certain circumstances concerning other employees and the like. Both interview conductors asked pretty much the same questions just in different orders. They both wanted to know why you would make a good fit for the company as well as how far you were looking to go within the company.
