Too long ago to remember! The questions were very behavioural and the more difficult ones were around leadership experience and impact. As always, research the company. They are very proud at GE and they respond well to you knowing and respecting the brand.

What is the first thing that comes to mind when I ask the filling questions. I want you to be quick and confident: What sets you apart? Why should I hire you? Why do you want to work for GE? What day is it today?

A situation, either work or school where suddenly the plan/circumstances changed, and how you handled it?
