Behavioral Style Interview Questions: Tell me about yourself How would you define work-life balance Challenges you have faced in your previous work experience How would your friends describe you How would your colleagues and boss describe you Case Interview: The case I got was about pricing a new Tim Hortons beverage. I was given 4 pricing options + the results of the customer testing of these pricing options - Basically calculate profit, etc. and then give your reason why you chose a particular price and why you did not choose the other 3 options. Prior to that, the interviewer also asked a couple of questions along the way, e.g. what do you think are the factors that contribute to the profitability/success of a QSR (quick serve restaurant), etc. Nothing particularly difficult, just put yourself in the shoes of a consumer. Business Game: There aren't any interview questions being asked here since it is a game so they are looking at how you interact in a team setting, as well as how you tackle the "project". That said, it might still be helpful if you answer questions that are posed during the introduction/debrief session of the activity, so that you can stand out from your team as well as the rest of the candidates and also allow other observers to notice you (since each observer is only in-charge of a select group of candidates). Cross-fire round: What is the biggest challenge that you've faced in your life What is one thing that you have messed up and what did you learn from the experience What was one mistake that BK did What factors should we consider when we want to open more franchises If i were to give you $1mil how would you double it in 1 year Explain mortgage to a 8 year old How would you enter the China market (Popeyes brand) Walk me through the last decade of history in 1 min Tell me 10 uses of this pen other than writing and drawing using its ink How would you define a successful career at RBI Who would you hire Who would you not hire Who would you (dead or alive) go for dinner with and why?
