Group exercise: build a tool desk with other candidates and mention the pros that will help you sell this to a big chain shop. Analysis exercise: was given a company and information of its competitors and was asked to propose how the company will manage to raise the profit margin compared to the competition and previous years, along with other questions. Role play: negotiate the price and the quantity of the tool desk you built in the group exercise with the owner of a big chain shop company. Convince him to buy it for his shops. Interview: lasted 20-30 minutes and was asked questions on previous experiences, what companies have I applied for, behavioural questions. Presentation: Present a Milwaukee drill to a big retailer in UK to convince him put it in his shops.
