She asked what my 'weakest characteristic' was and how it will affect my job. This was something I really had to think about but she was staring at me and expecting an answer RIGHT THEN. I didn't want to appear 'slow' by taking too much time to respond and, at the same time, I didn't want to rush an answer and it not be a good one. It was just a bit more pressure than I expected.

There wasn't any as the manager talked about herself the ENTIRE time and wouldn't let me speak or ask and questions. It was a waste of my time!!!!!!
