This is an example of only one of many odd questions. One of my questions was, "If we acquired a new property, what would be the first things you would need to have or do." I gave an answer I felt was very good. Then he said, "You didn't mention a getting a phone or number set up." I have never had a takeover where they took the phones and the right to use the phone number.

What will you bring to the position\?
The interview process is extremely straight forward. You will work there for varying amount of time as a temp through manpower until such time as management decides to bring you on permanently.
What is your biggest weakness?
If your prepared for the interview no question will be difficult. I was not heavily prepared so I didn't expect some simple questions like: in your customer service experience, give an example of when you went above and beyond for a customer.
