Very informal interview. I was asked basic questions about why I was interested in the job, ect. I interviewed with two people at once. After the basic questions the more or less gave a background of the company, position, and what the role would be like. It was overall a really nice interview and the people I interviewed with were very nice and provided good information.
Attendance is a pretty big deal in Entrata. How is your attendance for other jobs or school?
What if you have more than one person come into the office? How would you deal with an angry person? Would you be fine working alone?
Nothing really stands out as difficult or unexpected if you are prepared for the interview. One question that stuck out as somewhat challenging was explaining why I wanted to leave my current leasing position. Truthfully, my old company's manager was a nightmare and I had to try and find a way to word this without bashing him and thus making myself look bad.
