The 1st interview was very down to earth. The HR person made me feel very comfortable and she was very welcoming. She asked a lot of behavioral interview questions. I liked this because I got a feel of what the job entailed. I also appreciated that she took the time to know me as an individual in the beginning of the interview, a lot of companies miss that piece. It made me feel like I was important.
Tell me about a dissatisfied customer and how you resolved the situation?
Are you currently attending school? (this was just to inform me on the tuition reimbursement program)
