The questions weren't bad. Mostly explaining your resume. They wanted to make sure that you do have leasing experience. They state that they don't want someone who has never worked leasing. It was mostly them stating what they do and don't want.
I do not know if I were to receive an offer so I can't honestly answer this question. Once I heard of the salary I declined to go further. I am interviewing for the same job and the salary range is $17-$45k plus $200-$350 bonuses. I am very sad that out of all the companies I wanted to work for you were by far number one due to Mrs. Evans and Cassidy. But your salary range is way below the industry standards which makes it hard for me to justify.
