Describe a time where you experience an upset person and what did you do?
Was asked what significant contributions I made to my former employer. This threw me at first but HR person was very nice and I felt comfortable with them.
The usual! The interviews went very well and I liked all their VP’s. Unfortunately, my experience went from super great to super unfortunate.

What are your weaknesses? The most cliche question ever and is hard in any job position or interview. Just be honest and say, "I think I'm pretty well-rounded, but I can always get better, I'm sure." Worst case scenario is that you'll get a laugh with the cliche answer to the cliche question.
