I had tried to be clever in my statement in talking about how i managed workload - they asked me about it in an odd way I didn't expect - they were trying to distinguish between some very good, but very different candidates. I was the least qualified and experienced.
Why you want to move to the university? What is you aspiration in 5 years? Explain further on the subjects that you can teach. How do you manage other administrative works, despite busy schedule as researcher and lecturer.
Q1: How would you deal with a conflict in a work environment? Q2: Why apply for this role at Leeds Beckett, & why now? Q2: Do you have experience teaching xxx (perhaps reading the application/CV might have answered that?)
How can you ensure that feedback is effective?
What is your experience working in HE? What contract would you like? Are you interested in management positions? Where do you want to work.
