What is an example of a course revision/improvement you've made and how did you determine if it was successful?
As I said in the previous answer, I was never interviewed.
The first question is slightly insulting and unnecessary. He asked me why you didn't find a tenure-track job this year. Sure I have a good reason--family relocation. And it was true. But why would he even ask that? Say I got a AP job at MIT, why would I apply this position and travel one extra hour from my home near MIT to meet him? The other questions are just about knowledge set and teaching philosophy. Nothing unexpected.
WHAT IS One assignment that you have created and how did you guide students through the process.
How do you assess a large number of students in practical classes ?
Can you tell us about the paper you are most proud of and why?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
There were no unexpected are particularly difficult questions in the interview. You normally answer around 20 questions.
Nope. All questions were asked with clear purposes of understanding me, my experiences, and what I can contribute to the college.
