There weren't many questions asked directly to me, there was more unilateral talking at me about the company and etc. The actual time spent covering my skills and abilities I bring to the table was 1/3 of the chat. A majority of it was philosophical in nature. It didn't really feel like much of an interview and more of a conversation. I felt pretty confident leaving.

It was more like a conversation; it seemed very casual, They asked about my previous experience in natural foods co-op retail and seemed very excited about that as the person they were trying to replace came from a big box retailer and had no natural foods or co-op background or knowledge. But in particular they asked me about my leadership style and how I communicate with direct reports and how I delegate and prioritize tasks in a fast-past environment.
How would you handle a situation with a sub-orditnate with a task problem.
Putting me on the spot asking how I would resolve specific business issues they are currently experiencing. Can't elaborate without breaching confidentiality.
