He asked about my management experience.

Not many questions, really a quick over my resume. What experience do you have with family businesses?
Describe a time you had a problem with a co-worker and what did you do to solve it?
Am I comfortable in a start-up environment? Do I work well with live teams, remote teams and alone?
If I was looking for full or part-time work. (I thought this was a strange question given that I had established with the woman who called me that the job paid $40K and was full time with working hours of 9:30 - 5:00. Also, I don't recall very many questions from the interviewer.
