If all your closest friends and family were in a room without you, what negative word would they use to describe you? It was a pretty basic interview process... Lots of "tell me a time when..." and behavior/personality questions.

Did you have to ask for help, what employer based policies were involved in your decision making? 2. Give examples of job based decision making you have had, what range of authority did you have, where you able to make decisions independently or did you need to ask for help?
