What services does the library provide? When was the last time you used the library? Detail a step-by-step process on a task or project I did. Name a project that you had to complete by a deadline. Name a time you dealt with a conflict at hand. Example of good customer service you provided or observed. If you have experience lifting heavy objects and how to deal with them.
They asked about my comfort level with homeless people and working around them, as there is a significant homeless population presence at the library due to it being one of the few places they can come into the air conditioning during the hot Florida summer without spending money.
Situational question number 2: if you ever saw a patron damaging books, what would you do?
How have you contributed to a team?
Forgot specifically the questions as this was some years ago but the questions were the average basic questions that any interviewer would ask.
