Why do you want to work for Chase?
Sell something what you want. -This was the most difficult question because I didn't have actual information about the product. (Oh, I chose iPhone 5s and said just plain words, like long battery, slick design..etc)
My last interview for a different position within the company, the manager started role playing with me to get how I would react to certain situations- not that I can't handle it but I was definitely thrown off.
The role play was unnerving. I was not expecting it, and was told to sell a stapler.

What experience do you have that would be beneficial in your job with chase?
Give me an example that you have disagreement with your co-workers and how you handle it.
This place turns in to the movie "Office space" real fast! If the regional manager shows up that day, you will get at least 3 to 4 bosses asking you to do the same thing. "Work the Lobby !! Work the Lobby Work the Lobby!! Your immediate boss will sit at the next desk and listen to your interaction with customers that sat down with you. Then when your done , the boss with sit with you and say," Lets talk about how you handled that customer". Regardless of if they fill you did well or not. Major micro-managers in that place. Very hard to get thru the day without choking one of those idiot former stripper bank managers.
