First interviewer didn't even take notes and just went through a very basic set of questions; then I got called back by a second interviewer who was just hired and we redid the interview (and he confessed that the first guy didn't even write anything down).
TO explain why you want to leave your current job and why you want to join the company.
The most difficult question they ask was naming your biggest weakness. I think that is challenging to say something negative but I was able to spin it in a good light.
