The interview consisted of 5-6 people on the same call. It was difficult to fully understand what everyone was saying because of the low quality of the call and their noise in the background. Out of about 10 questions, only 3-4 were about my qualifications/job related.
They asked what I’ve done to show a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
