Tell me about yourself? Greatest Strengths, weaknesses? Why a credit union and not a bank? the discussion was very free form initially and then moved to a checklist of questions. At the end of the interview, I asked if they had any concerns and whether they felt I would be a good fit for the position ... their response was yes and then I heard that I had bombed ... I would have expected then to be more forthright and honest in their parting assessment and allow me the opportunity to address their concerns.
