They asked me about being available in the mornings at work. It is only CA leads and the office closes at 5.30. Even the work times do not make sense. Funders do not work full days. One funder is so old that dust blows around every time she takes a step.
How do you think you can manage your time during slow days at work
In all three of my interviews the main questioning revolved around transferable skills to the position in question since my previous positions were also at a mortgage company. They did not go through a rundown of previous employers in any of the three interviews I had there, nor asked any of the usual annoying probing questions. It was very relaxed with very personable people, which added to the excitement at the prospect of working there.
