As I said before they were the very basic ones with some bigger questions like "where do you see yourself in 5 years" and my favorite "how would you improve the localization office's performance". As if that was the job of an entry level junior position.
A ton of focus on how to collaborate with others, handle conflict, work with multinational teams, etc. Not very much focus on the actual craft of writing or narrative.

Never asked about my technical skills except a question in passing about Excel skills. Then told that they need someone with more technical skills after not getting an offer after a 2 month process, 3 weeks of being ghosted.
