They will also ask you to consider an ultra premium business line that charges a premium for the highest rated drivers. They really tried to compel me that this was a good idea, and I disagreed pretty strongly. People will definitely pay extra for ultra premium cars, but when you stratisfy your drivers like that, you imply that certain drivers are good and certain drivers are bad, which undercuts your customer service proposition. I chose to not agree. Premium cars is obv the better choice, and even if proposed as complimentary services, the premium drivers concept is not practical in a customer service driven business.

You could be discussing a new product launch (e.g., uberX), getting them excited for a major event (New Year's Eve), or you can use data from either of the CSV files to communicate something that might help drivers improve their business.

basicamente me dijo que el estaba viendo en las entrevista lo actitud de los perfiles para responder en tiempo y forma las dificultades cotidianas, y eso se ve una vez que la persona esta dentro trabajando en la entrevista conoces si la persona esta capacitada o no, si tiene esa chispa para tomar el trabajo, no me parecio objetiva.

basicamente me dijo que el estaba viendo en las entrevista lo actitud de los perfiles para responder en tiempo y forma las dificultades cotidianas, y eso se ve una vez que la persona esta dentro trabajando en la entrevista conoces si la persona esta capacitada o no, si tiene esa chispa para tomar el trabajo, no me parecio objetiva.
