At the 1st Stage interview be prepared for a lot of indirect questions about your personal life and your future plans (I highly doubt a man would be asked the same questions)!! Role wasn't discussed in a great deal as they didn't know anything about it other than it included travel so would need to be flexible.
Nothing too difficult was asked.

Situational based questions. Not difficult to answer.
The most difficult questions were about experiences about mistakes and sucesses. You had to tell what it was, what you did, and what or who impacted.
